Additional seats required beyond the 50-seat maximum are $10/yr per seat wholesale and $15/yr. retail.

No generic e-mail domains are to be accepted (yourname@hotmail.com; yourname@yahoo.com) as it’s an all or nothing thing based upon the e-mail domain.

Should a customer require an in-house solution we can resell this for $15K with an actual cost somewhere in the $8K range.

A one-time setup fee can be charged for any new accounts wishing to be established to the Blue Aspis email filter. The DNS record for the domain must be changed to have only the following 2 MX records:
| Priority |
Server |
| 10 |
Antispam.aretesw.com |
| 20 |
Antispam3.aretesw.com |
|
 |
This change will take about 24 Hours to propagate. Once this is complete access to the mail server should be limited to only the following 3 IP addresses
- 70.43.139.3
- 70.43.139.19
- 70.43.139.20
Failing to limit access can result in spammers sending mail do the domain directly rather than through the MX lookup.

 |
Once this is all setup you will be invited by Blue Aspis to register your e-mail account on a per user basis to gain access to your quarantined e-mail on-line. You may release any mail you wish to receive from here.
|
 |
Blue Aspis maintains 7 days of rolling quarantined mail. Once 7 days expires your quarantined e-mail is automatically deleted forever, thus placing maintenance of the account entirely on the user.
|
 |
As the Blue Aspis only filters e-mail and doesn’t actually send it, unless prompted, users are not to call Blue Aspis looking for lost mail. It’s either in the quarantined section or it’s not. If not, the user is to call their ISP or mail server administrator.
