A-Count-A-Bill-IT
Originally developed as our own internal project management
system, A-Count-A-Bill-IT (also commonly referred to as Accountability, or
ACABIT) is a project management system that works great for a company that
needs to track labor and purchases against projects. We now provide in an ASP (Application Service
Provider) or SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This web-based application and the database
behind it sit on our equipment, saving you equipment and administrative costs. This application is both a CRM system and a
Project Management database. The system
allows you to setup your Employees, Customers, Prospects, Contacts, Projects,
Project Workflow and Tasks, and then report detailed labor and purchased
material costs to the project. Another
key component of the system is the ability to enter service calls, and to then
schedule and dispatch service technicians.
Coupled with this Service Call functionality is the ability to establish
Service Contracts and manage the service contract renewal process. The system also includes many bells and
whistles that will allow for you to track vacation, sick, and travel time,
generate invoices (paper or email versions), enter and report expenses, and
generate company, customer, and employee performance reports. This system functionality also includes an
interface to Quick Books Pro 2008.
